For that reason, we offer phone system repairs and phone repairing services as well as refurbished telephones and refurbished telephone systems.

Prices for phone repair and refurbish services include parts, labor, and new handset and line cords. Designation strips are provided if available. Broken, chipped, or cracked housings will not be replaced. New housings may be purchased separately at an additional charge of $15. If it is determined by us that the current housing is directly interfering with the normal operation of the telephone, a new housing will be used and you will be billed accordingly.

At CDI, our telephone system repair services are second to none. We currently offer repairs on most Comdial/Vertical phones and Trillium products as well as Keyvoice, AT & T, Lucent, Avaya, ESI and Toshiba phone systems. Every item we repair receives a two-year warranty which really takes the risk out of sending your phone system out for repair. We also use new dial pads on all Executech II, Digitech and Impact telephones.

Because we have experienced telephone system repairmen on staff, we offer quick turnaround time on almost all telephone repairs. You can expect most of your telephone repairs to be completed in about two to five days (quantity repairs may not apply).
