306 & 612 Ringing

1. At the KSU turn program switch 2 the ON position
2. Hit the reset button, the mic indicatior light begins to flash at station 10
3. At station 10 dial program code 2YY0 - (YY is the two digit station number of the phone you wish to change the ringing assignment on)
4. At this time, to turn ON or OFF ringing, you hit the CO buttons 1,2,3, and the intercom button for CO #4. When the light is on your phone will ring, when it is off the phone will not ring.
5. Press the hold button to save the programming changes
6. At station 10 dial program code 2YY1 - (YY is the two digit station number of the phone you wish to change the ringing assignment on)
7. At this time to turn ON or OFF ringing for CO 5 & 6 you hit CO buttons 1 & 2. When the light is on your phone will ring, when it is off your phone will not ring.
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for each station that you are programming for ringing
9. Press the hold button to save programming
10. Dial the next program code

When programming is competed go back to the KSU and turn switch 2 to the OFF position and hit the RESET button
