Communication Distributors offers a limited warranty on most phone systems we sell

Communication Distributors, Inc. warrants that under normal operating conditions that product hardware except fuses and other expendables will be free from defects and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR on Comdial, ESI, ATT, Lucent, Avaya, Toshiba and Trillium products including phone systems and voice mail systems. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.

Communication Distributors’ sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the phone or phone system free of charge if the product is deemed defective by the experienced professionals at Communication Distributors during the warranty period. If Communication Distributors is not able, using reasonable efforts, to cure or correct a defect, Communication Distributors’ sole obligation shall then be to refund an equitable portion that Communication Distributors was paid for the product.

This warranty does not apply if, in the sole judgment of Communication Distributors, the phone system, voice mail system or any parts or components have been improperly installed or used in combination with hardware not compatible with the product or parts that have been improperly handled, misused, abused, altered, tampered with, accidentally damaged, or damaged or failed to function as result of causes beyond Communication Distributors’ control, including acts of God such as fire, flood, water or lightening or other incidence of excessive or insufficient voltage or failure to follow instructions.

Repair or alteration of the phone system or voice mail system by others, tampering or removal of any warranty identification sticker(s) will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover costs associated with installation, removal or reinstallation of the product.
